Jaqui Shaffer, Homeowner Liaison for Washtenaw and Livingston Counties. She has been working in real estate since the early 90’s and helping support local homeowners in foreclosures since 2006. She has known Allan Boike also since 2006, and joined forces with Al & Steve at PSO to provide top notch short sale negotiating services for people in the Washtenaw and Livingston area. Allan Boike, Short Sale Negotiator & PSOMichigan Co-owner. He has been a real estate investor since 1990. Throughout the past 18 years, Allan has invested in multi-family, single-family, commercial and complete rehab projects in the Metro Detroit Area. After negotiating a number of short sales in 2006, Allan found that the real estate climate dictated a paradigm shift in his investment strategies. Through working with homeowners facing foreclosure, he found great personal rewards in helping them through a difficult and complex situation.
Steve Londeau, Short Sale Negotiator & PSOMichigan Co-owner. Steve has been negotiating short sales since 2006. With dozens of completed short sales he has the experience and expertise to get the job done RIGHT! Steve has over 12 years of experience in Title Insurance and has worked as a Title Examiner, Abstractor, and Closer. As Lead Negotiator he is the main point of contact to lenders. Steve is a short sale local subject matter expert frequently invited for speaking engagements to REIA clubs, Realtor groups and at Short Sale training events.
Cindy Glahn, Washtenaw & Livingston County Realtor, homeowner & agent liaison.
